We have just come to our end if year and that means a lot of stock counting!
This has meant that the website has to take a slight back seat, however I am hoping to get a few more pages completed in between all the financial stuff. It is nice to take a break and do something that I enjoy!
So I thought I would update you on what has been happening...
After more than 20 years of cake decorating at Party Animal we have finally hung up the oven gloves. As many of you will know Meriel left us to take a change of career last October and so, with Sally no longer being in the shop on a full time basis, we were left with no cake decorator.
After some consideration we decided that they were irreplaceable and with the demands for more stock in the shop we decided to remove the kitchens and enlarge the shop floor area.
This has also meant that we have been unable to continue with the classes at Party Animal.
It has however enabled us to expand the present stock and to take on Fancy Dress ? something that we have wanted to take on for some time. We have a small but rapidly growing stock of costumes and accessories and are able to order anything if we have a few days notice.
We are still, of course carrying all the decorating items so that you can decorate your own cakes and still have expert knowledge of what you need to do and as always we are happy to give any advice that you may need regarding your own home cake decorating.
Keep an eye on the special offer section as I have a number of cutters and other equipment that were used for classes to be sold off and as soon as I have a list I will put it up on the site.
We are also very close to having the on-line shop up and running. As soon as the stocktaking is complete we will open the on-line shop for business. Of course in the meantime if there is anything you want to buy we will happily send it to you if you give us a ring or drop an e-mail to us.
